We are in search of a Strategic Relationship Manager with a strong foundation in family office work and luxury real estate. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to collect information from various stages of project and different people, connect thedots across the organization, understand intricate processes, excel in client-facing roles, and immaculately represent the brand.
Holistic Information Management:
- Gather information from diverse stages of projects, including conceptualization, development, and completion.
- Synthesize data to provide comprehensive insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Connect the dots across different departments and functions within the organization to ensure a cohesive approach to projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among teams to enhance overall project efficiency.
Comprehensive Process Understanding:
- Develop a deep understanding of all processes related to luxury real estate development within the family office context.
- Identify areas for optimization and improvement to streamline operations.
- Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns, providing updates, and exceeding expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and ethos of the organization in all interactions.
- Represent the brand at client meetings, industry events, and networking functions.
- Provide strategic insight into market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury real estate sector.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s vision.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainability regulations and standards specific to the real estate industry.
- Experience in navigating green building certifications and energy efficiency compliance.
- Proven experience in family office work and luxury real estate development, with a focus on strategic planning – more than 2 years.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data points and derive meaningful insights – data driven.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Comprehensive understanding of processes related to high-end property development, construction and project management.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to represent the brand professionally and contribute to its positive image.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications.
- Deep understanding about ESG – regulations.
