Our company name is derived from the Latin word ‘allecto’, meaning to ‘entice and allure’, a sentiment that resonates with all brands within our stable — the power to elicit an emotional response through beauty and craft of discerning design and execution.

Helen Green Design has been one of Britain’s leading interior design practices for over fifteen years. The studio has an international portfolio, spanning listed townhouses in Belgravia and country homes in Sussex, to hotels and yachts in the Caribbean, and has established a reputation for creating elegant, luxurious interiors for private clients, as well as prestigious developments.
Established in 2003, Lawson Robb is a prominent London interior architecture, interior design and yacht design practice. It has worked across the world in London, The Middle East and the Mediterranean for private clients, impressive developments and a super yacht. The practice is renowned for its forward-thinking design schemes.
News from the group
Iain has been pivotal to the growth of the company since inception and has championed the design house’s expansion. As CEO, Iain brings more than 20 years of industry leadership and is responsible for sharing the company’s operational strategy and vision. Architecturally trained, Iain oversees Rigby & Rigby, Helen Green Design and Lawson Robb, Allect’s architectural, marine and interior design practices.
His experience in delivering luxury residential projects worldwide has given him invaluable insight and knowledge which he brings to the studios. His role is to develop Rigby & Rigby, Helen Green Design and Lawson Robb as businesses and as brands, helping them to break into new international markets and remain at the very top of their respective games.
Liné Samdal, Head of Private Clients has a wealth of experience across multiple sectors in the luxury industry. With a background in contract, real estate and international Law from the University of Oslo, Liné has a BA degree in Business and Economics and a MA in Luxury Brand Management at Regent’s University London.
Liné has a profound understanding and passion for luxury with extensive business development experience in luxury retail including work with Max Mara & La Perla before founding her own luxury brand consulting agency, tailoring strategies for emerging luxury brands to grow brand equity in new markets.
With 10 years of international experience, working in the Middle East, Europe and Scandinavia, working with luxury brands and UNHWI, Liné has the knowledge and understanding to support your international project, whilst ensuring it meets the high level luxury standard Liné expects.
Outside of work Liné interests include horse show-jumping, down hill skiing & hiking. Liné is now Head of Private Clients at Allect and is responsible for ensuring project reporting and managing client relationships across all the brands.
With 15 years’ experience working in the UK and internationally, James is an accomplished Studio Manager and Interior Designer. James’ exceptional technical ability and passion for innovative design have ensured the delivery of a wide range of projects for private and commercial clients such city apartments, country houses and five-star hotels.
Stefanie has accumulated nearly 5 years of experience in the real estate sector, demonstrating a strong background and dedication to the industry.
With a foundation in Business studies from Ludwig Maximilian University, Stefanie’s academic background is complemented by her hands-on experience in various practical roles. During her university years, she worked on a startup, gaining invaluable entrepreneurial experience and insight into the business world.
Stefanie’s career is distinguished by her diverse international experiences. She has completed numerous internships
in different countries, including Vietnam and China, which have enriched her global perspective and adaptability in diverse environments.
Known for her outgoing and extroverted personality, Stefanie excels in building and maintaining relationships. Her interests outside of work include traveling and engaging in various sports, which reflect her energetic and dynamic lifestyle.
Adam has over 30 years of Industry experience working for both Consultant and Contractor based organisations providing pre and post contract surveying duties.
His exposure spans over all sectors of construction providing a wealth of knowledge across the industry; working in a professional capacity in private practice is balanced by recent years providing surveying and commercial functions in a contracting environment, this balance affords Adam the ability to realise Client requirements whilst working within the constraints of the project.
Adam has been working for Rigby & Rigby since 2014 in which time he has delivered a number of prime residential schemes and provides commercial support to other project teams. He has also provided support to the development of new opportunities including the delivery of after care and maintenance programmes.
Aside from core commercial duties Adam also functions in a project management capacity providing a direct interface with the Client and the wider team.
Outside of work Adam is a committed family man and enjoys the day to day rigours of supporting his son and daughter.
Mark has over twenty five years experience in Architectural Practice and the construction industry and has been involved in a wide variety of projects during this time in the residential, conservation, education, retail and commercial sectors.
Whilst working in practice he studied part time to achieve an ONC and HNC in building studies, and at the Birmingham School of Architecture achieved an honours degree in Architecture in 1997, a Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture in 2000 and the Post Graduate Diploma in Architectural Practice in 2007, and was accepted as a member of the RIBA in 2008. He has also been a visiting construction design tutor and mentor at the School of Architecture. Mark has been a team leader and project Architect for a number of projects ranging from a £300k school entrance redesign through to a £140m major master planning site redevelopment scheme for a large manufacturing concern.
In 2012 he joined Rigby & Rigby and has gained extensive experience in working on planning applications, detailed designs, project management and interior schemes for a number of properties.
Annabel boasts extensive experience across multiple sectors in the luxury industry.
With a background in Luxury PR, Annabel has developed a deep understanding of the discerning tastes and refined expectations of UHNW clients. Annabel’s passion for design, refined expertise, and client-centric approach enables her to successfully support any project.
Outside of work Annabel’s interests include playing tennis and skiing.
Lawson Robb’s Co-Design Director George Wolstenholme, plays a imperative part in the group’s ever-expanding portfolio of Special Projects.
With a Masters in Yacht Design and a collective 10-year experience in the execution of both Superyachts and Ultra-Prime residential properties, hotels and unique bespoke furniture globally, George’s expertise is in the details and the art of bespoke. Driving the most innovative results across all stages of a project from inception to completion, his sensibilities lie most importantly with creating ‘for’ the client. He believes that cultivating relationships where an end-users lifestyle and ethos align totally with the design process ensures that any and all of the pushed boundaries strike exactly the right note.
George is creatively involved across all aspects and brands of Allect, acting as Director for Lawson Robb but also collaborating with Rigby & Rigby and Helen Green on a handful of special projects including partnering with Rigby & Rigby on their new capsule collection, ‘Unknown Editions’.
