Chief Executive Officer

Iain has been pivotal to the growth of the company since inception and has championed the design house’s expansion. As CEO, Iain brings more than 20 years of industry leadership and is responsible for sharing the company’s operational strategy and vision.

Architecturally trained, Iain oversees Rigby & Rigby, Helen Green Design and Lawson Robb, Allect’s architectural, marine and interior design practices. His experience in delivering luxury residential projects worldwide has given him invaluable insight and knowledge which he brings to the studios.

His role is to develop Rigby & Rigby, Helen Green Design and Lawson Robb as businesses and as brands, helping them to break into new international markets and remain at the very top of their respective games.

Wayne Stokes

Chief Executive Officer

Having been involved with Rigby & Rigby since inception in 2006, Wayne has been instrumental in the establishment of Rigby & Rigby and more recently of Allect. As CEO of the company he brings more than 30 years of industry experience and executive management experience.

Wayne’s experience in delivering luxury residential properties has given him valuable insight which he brings to his role overseeing and managing the commercial development of Allect. Wayne is practised at overseeing a large team, communicating with clients and liaising with Allect’s construction, architecture and interior design studios to ensure the exceptional execution of a project.
